Wild Flower Pedestal Covered Candy Dish in Vaseline

This lovely Wild Flower Pedestal Candy Dish in vaseline by Boyd Crystal Art Glass is made from an old Degenhart mould. This pattern was originally issued by Adams & Co. of Pittsburgh in the 1870's and reissued by U.S. Glass in 1891. Standing 5-1/4" tall with a 4" diameter this is truly a stunning piece! The delicate wildflower pattern is complimented by a wonderful diamond pattern and that great pedestal base. Boyd acquired this mould when Degenhart closed and a limited number of these covered dishes were produced in vaseline.
